DAY 40 - Ca feels the beginning of the end!

40th day ... More than 3 counting the current one.
I'm pretty happy to soon resume a solid diet.
I will of course gradually, starting first with fruit (day 1) then fruit and vegetables (day 2) and fish, vegetables, some cereals and fruits incl some oilseeds such as nuts and avocados (day 3) before returning to food "normal" in limited quantities and avoiding products that are too rich (day 4 onwards)
