The municipality and the association Bouchemaine PACA decided to work together to continue to promote contemporary art.

These are strong historical ties between PACA and Bouchemaine who decided Bouchemaine politicians and representatives of the association PACA to establish the headquarters of the association in the Abbey Bouchemaine.

A large number of exhibitions organized by PACA were indeed held in Bouchemaine or in its immediate environment. We you Let's make history:

Apart from the initial exposure of John Christoforou presented at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts d'Angers in 1986 and Exposure 10 X 49, shown at the Museum of Fine Arts in 1987, the first skirmishes of PACA Angevin have been proposed in New Theatre d'Angers (NTA), Imbach place, or a few years later, at the Abbey Bouchemaine. One other place and gave us a generous welcome and appreciated public. Many of the exhibits were then enjoyed a career traveling across France, Strasbourg and Nice in Anglet in Saint-Omer. These roaming and exhibitions elsewhere than near Angers Angers form an important part of the activity of PACA, who never wanted to confine Anjou. A second sheet history should soon propose a synthesis.
