STATUTORY DUTY: The team is de facto extended. There may be changes next year.

ACCOUNTING REPORT: Detailed accounts are presented by Jean-Michel Courtois, our accountant. Robert Salmon, Treasurer, and Jean-Pierre Arnaud will add some comments. The accounting deficit of 3032, 23 € reflects the progressive reduction and normal holdings of catalogs published in previous years. The annual cash flow remains healthy: the course of 10 000 € to leave aside the current account is reached. It should also reflect a sum of 3 500 € sponsorship, not budgeted by caution, because still pending but should be received in FY 2009. It was noted however that the contribution of contributions covers only one third of the cost "forced" association. It was decided to propose a membership of "benefactor" From 50 €. The contribution of the pairs is also increased from 40 € to 30 €, to encourage more households to invest in both. BALANCE SHEET ACCOUNTS APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
